  • 100 g Cooked chicken
  • 100 g Spicy turkey slices
  • 100 g turkey strips
  • 7 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Caesar Dressing (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp Pesto
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Slice the ciabatta loaf in half horizontally.
  2. Spread pesto butter on the cut sides and broil until golden and crispy.
  3. Layer deli meats and tomato slices on one half; sprinkle with kosher salt.
  4. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and return to broil until melted.
