Ingredients
- 2 Halve Slices Ciabatta
- 100 g Cooked chicken
- 100 g Spicy turkey slices
- 100 g turkey strips
- 7 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 Tomato
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Balsamic Glaze
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 2 tbsp Caesar Dressing (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp Pesto
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Slice the ciabatta loaf in half horizontally.
- Spread pesto butter on the cut sides and broil until golden and crispy.
- Layer deli meats and tomato slices on one half; sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Top with Monterey Jack cheese and return to broil until melted.
- Add black pepper over the cheese, then top with coleslaw mixture before closing the sandwich.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
