- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (very soft)
- 15.25-ounce box strawberry cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Beat the softened butter in a mixing bowl until creamy.
- Add the strawberry cake mix and egg; mix until combined into a thick dough.
- Spread half of the dough evenly in the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the dough layer.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips.
- Tear pieces of remaining dough and place them on top of the condensed milk layer.
- Bake for 27-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
