Ingredients
- 12-14 fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups mini pretzels
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- scant 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by dicing them and tossing them with sugar. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a food processor, pulse the pretzels until broken into small pieces. Mix in melted butter and cinnamon.
- Whip the heavy cream in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in sugars.
- Layer whipped cream, strawberries, and pretzel crust in serving cups. Repeat layers as desired and top with additional whipped cream.
