- 1 pound fresh strawberries (washed, hulled, and sliced)
- 16 ounces store-bought strawberry frosting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk cheesecake pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Set aside.
- Gently fold in thawed whipped topping.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×13-inch baking dish to cover the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced fresh strawberries.
- Repeat layers: another graham cracker layer, remaining pudding mixture, followed by more strawberries.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Microwave strawberry frosting for 10-15 seconds until pourable, then spread over the top layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing.
