  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the shortbread crust by mixing flour, sugar, and salt; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake crust for about 15 minutes until lightly golden; cool slightly.

  5. Pour custard over the cooled crust and bake for another 40–55 minutes until set.
  6. Allow to cool completely before topping with whipped topping and garnishing with whole strawberries.
