Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a non-stick donut pan.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
- Fold in chopped strawberries carefully.
- Fill each cavity of the donut pan halfway with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch.
- For glaze: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
- Dip warm donuts into the glaze and let excess drip off before serving.
