  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef cubes until browned on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side), then transfer to a slow cooker.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onions, garlic, bell peppers, and carrots until softened (5-7 minutes). Transfer to the slow cooker.
  3. Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir until well combined.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the beef is tender.
