- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and one with crushed pretzels.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg mixture, then press into crushed pretzels until fully covered.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- For the sauce, heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stir in cheddar cheese until melted, then add Dijon mustard and seasonings; mix until smooth.
- Serve hot chicken drizzled with mustard-cheddar sauce.
