  • 1 ½ cups dry apple vinegar
  • ½ cup seasoned flour

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup shredded asiago cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to about ¼ inch thickness; cut into smaller pieces.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour; sauté until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken and sauté mushrooms and garlic until browned.
  5. Deglaze the pan with apple vinegar; add thyme.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, bring to boil, then simmer covered for 15-20 minutes.
