  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 c. peanut butter, warmed
  • 1 c. chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate cake mix, chocolate pudding, eggs, water, melted butter, and vegetable oil until smooth. Pour into the prepared bundt pan.
  3. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a cooling rack.
  5. For the filling, beat softened butter with peanut butter until combined, then add powdered sugar and heavy cream; mix until smooth and pipe into holes scooped from the cooled cake.
