Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 (3.4-oz) package chocolate instant pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 c. peanut butter, warmed
- 1 c. chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate cake mix, chocolate pudding, eggs, water, melted butter, and vegetable oil until smooth. Pour into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a cooling rack.
- For the filling, beat softened butter with peanut butter until combined, then add powdered sugar and heavy cream; mix until smooth and pipe into holes scooped from the cooled cake.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and warmed peanut butter over the top and garnish with chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
