Instructions

- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
- In another bowl, blend eggs, olive oil, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures gently; fold in lemon zest and raspberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once cooled, top with whipped cream and additional raspberries.
