- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter for crumble topping
- 1/2 cup brown sugar for crumble topping
- 1/3 cup sugar for crumble topping
- 1 tsp cinnamon for crumble topping
- 3/4 cup flour for crumble topping
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg for crumble topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin with grease or liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix baking powder, salt, and flour. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- For the crumble topping, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, flour, and nutmeg until crumbly.
- Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with batter and generously sprinkle crumble on top.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
