  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • One 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained extremely well)
  • Heaping 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (halved)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes (measured loosely and not packed)
  • Two-thirds of one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (just eyeball it)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Melt butter in a large microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Layer the drained pineapple evenly over the crust, followed by the halved cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.
  5. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over all layers.
  6. Bake for 30 to 34 minutes or until golden brown around the edges and bubbly in the center.
