Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- One 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained extremely well)
- Heaping 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (halved)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes (measured loosely and not packed)
- Two-thirds of one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (just eyeball it)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- Melt butter in a large microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Layer the drained pineapple evenly over the crust, followed by the halved cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over all layers.
- Bake for 30 to 34 minutes or until golden brown around the edges and bubbly in the center.
- Allow cooling on a wire rack for at least two hours before slicing into bars.
