Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 8×4-inch loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until well blended.
- Stir in mashed bananas until just combined.
- Gently fold the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until incorporated.
- Fold in chopped walnuts evenly throughout the batter.
- Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
