Ingredients
- 6 oranges
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g flour
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Mint leaves (for decoration)
Instructions
- Prepare the Oranges: Cut off the tops of the oranges and carefully scoop out the pulp, saving the juice for later. Use the tops as bases to hold the hollowed oranges.
- Make the Fondant Mixture: In a mixing bowl, blend sugar with 5 cl of orange juice, then add eggs and melted butter followed by melted chocolate. Mix until smooth and gradually incorporate flour.
- Bake: Fill the hollowed oranges with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and decorate with mint leaves before serving.
