  • 6 oranges
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g flour
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Mint leaves (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oranges: Cut off the tops of the oranges and carefully scoop out the pulp, saving the juice for later. Use the tops as bases to hold the hollowed oranges.
  2. Make the Fondant Mixture: In a mixing bowl, blend sugar with 5 cl of orange juice, then add eggs and melted butter followed by melted chocolate. Mix until smooth and gradually incorporate flour.
  3. Bake: Fill the hollowed oranges with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and decorate with mint leaves before serving.
