- 2 c. water + juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. natural peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter)
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- rainbow sprinkles
- chocolate sprinkles
- cacao nibs
- granola
- chopped nuts or seeds
Instructions
- Cut apples into 1/2-inch thick slices and remove the core.
- Soak apple rings in water with lemon juice for 5-10 minutes to prevent browning. Pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each apple slice.
- Top with your choice of sprinkles, cacao nibs, granola, or nuts/seeds.
