  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • rainbow sprinkles
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • cacao nibs
  • granola
  • chopped nuts or seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut apples into 1/2-inch thick slices and remove the core.
  2. Soak apple rings in water with lemon juice for 5-10 minutes to prevent browning. Pat dry.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over each apple slice.
  5. Top with your choice of sprinkles, cacao nibs, granola, or nuts/seeds.
