Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add sugar, mixing well before adding eggs one at a time.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in the dusted blueberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
