- 40 ounces Pineapple chunks
- 20 ounces Maraschino cherries
- 10 ounces Mini vegan marshmallows
- 3 cups Sweetened flaked coconut
- 12 ounces Chopped pecans
- 8 ounces Cream cheese
- 3.4 ounce Package instant cheesecake flavored pudding mix
- 1 cup French vanilla creamer
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add dry instant cheesecake pudding mix and blend until combined.
- Slowly mix in French vanilla creamer until fully incorporated and smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, halved maraschino cherries, mini marshmallows, coconut, and chopped pecans.
- Gently fold the cheesecake mixture into the fruit mixture until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving or enjoy immediately.
