  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 15 ounces miniature vegan marshmallows
  • 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 4 drops green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing it with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining butter and add in the vegan marshmallows. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until fully melted.
  3. Gradually mix in the Lucky Charms cereal until well combined. Transfer this mixture to the prepared pan and press down firmly with wet hands.
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in intervals, mixing in green food coloring to achieve your desired hue.
  6. Dip each square into the green chocolate coating and place on wax paper until set.
