Instructions
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the lemon jello in boiling water; let cool for 20 minutes.
- Combine softened cream cheese and crushed pineapple in a large bowl; mix well using a hand mixer.
- Gradually stir in the cooled jello mixture until fully combined.
- Fold in 12 ounces of whipped topping until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and chill for at least four hours before serving.
- Top with reserved whipped topping and garnish as desired.
