- 2 x 190g packets all-butter croissants, halved horizontally
- 500g ready-made custard
- 250ml milk
- 350g lemon curd
- Icing sugar (for serving)
- Pouring cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut each croissant in half horizontally and arrange them cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the custard, milk, and lemon curd until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture over the croissants, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dust with icing sugar and drizzle with pouring cream if desired.
