Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tin.
- In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt. In another bowl, combine melted butter, vegetable oil, egg, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; gently fold in floured blueberries.
- For the cream cheese filling: beat softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugars, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and milk until creamy.
- Layer muffin batter into cups with dollops of cream cheese filling on top; finish with additional muffin batter.
- Top each muffin with fresh blueberries before baking for about 22 minutes.
- Allow cooling slightly before serving.
