- 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1.5 cups Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2.5 cups Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, thawed strawberries, and ½ cup of water. Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes until well blended.
- Fold in white chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
