Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat until dissolved.
- Gently fold the vinegar mixture into warm sushi rice using a wooden spatula.
- Wet your hands to prevent sticking and carefully stuff each inari age pocket with seasoned rice.
