  4. Gradually mix in flour, cinnamon, and salt until a shaggy dough forms.
  5. Knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
