Instructions
- Hull the strawberries by removing the core and leaves.
- Blend the strawberries with water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a saucepan to remove pulp.
- Add sugar and lemon juice to the strained puree, stirring over medium heat until dissolved.
- Bring to a gentle boil and let simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
- Allow syrup to cool before transferring it to an airtight container for storage.
