Instructions
- Prepare the Cherry Syrup: In a blender, combine sweet cherries, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a mesh strainer to remove solids and refrigerate the syrup until ready to use.
- Assemble Your Drink: Fill a glass halfway with ice. Add 3 tablespoons of cherry syrup to the glass and top with sparkling or still water. Stir gently and garnish with lemon slices and fresh cherries.
