  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and applesauce.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon until mixed well.
  4. Add oats and stir until combined.
  5. Pour in almond milk; then add raisins or nuts and chocolate chunks, mixing evenly.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop portions of the dough onto the sheet and flatten slightly.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.
