- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and applesauce.
- Stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon until mixed well.
- Add oats and stir until combined.
- Pour in almond milk; then add raisins or nuts and chocolate chunks, mixing evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop portions of the dough onto the sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
