Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together harissa, garlic, lemon juice, and honey.
- Add chicken to the marinade, ensuring even coating. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange marinated chicken on the baking sheet, brushing with any leftover marinade.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
