Ingredients
- 1½ cups fresh or thawed blueberries
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1¼ cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt. Gradually fold in sifted flour until just combined, then gently mix in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a rubber spatula. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While cooling, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once cooled, drizzle or spread the glaze over the brownies evenly and let set before slicing.
