- 1 cup Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Beef Ramen
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- Sliced green chilis for garnish
- Black sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko bread crumbs, egg, green onions, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and coat each in cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides; drain excess fat.
- In the same pan, add vegetable stock, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and hoisin sauce. Return the meatballs and simmer for about 8 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions and assemble your bowl by topping the noodles with meatballs and garnishes.
