- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
