Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh strawberries (hulled and quartered)
- 6 ounces fresh blackberries
- 6 ounces fresh blueberries
- 6 ounces fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbsp honey or agave
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the hulled strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and chopped mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey (or agave), lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the mixed berries and gently toss using a rubber spatula until all berries are coated.
- Serve immediately to enjoy at its freshest.
