Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate to set.
- For the filling, whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth, then mix in pureed strawberries and vanilla extract before folding in whipped cream.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- To prepare the vegan marshmallows layer, whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar again until soft peaks form, then fold in vegan marshmallows crème.
- Spread this layer over the chilled strawberry filling, garnish with fresh strawberries, slice, and serve.
