Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries; slice in half lengthwise, leaving stems attached if desired.
- Score the center of each strawberry and scoop out a small portion to create space for the filling.
- In a bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each strawberry half with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or Ziploc bag.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs and colorful sprinkles before serving.
