- 2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt/Pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream (at room temp)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 oz. packet Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the hot skillet.
- Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add cream of chicken soup and whisk until smooth.
- Gradually stir in milk until well combined.
- Mix in sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning mix until blended.
- Return cooked chicken breasts to the skillet with sauce.
- Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
