  • 2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream (at room temp)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 oz. packet Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the hot skillet.
  4. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  7. Add cream of chicken soup and whisk until smooth.
  8. Gradually stir in milk until well combined.
  9. Mix in sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning mix until blended.
  10. Return cooked chicken breasts to the skillet with sauce.
  11. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  12. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
