Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken in batches until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat and melt butter in the skillet; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and additional spices.
- Return chicken to the skillet, tossing well to coat. Simmer for another 1–2 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
