  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the non-dairy yogurt, protein powder (if using), nut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
