Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in the coconut milk and let simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
- Add soy sauce and fresh lime juice, simmering for another minute.
- Carefully add potstickers, cooking them according to package instructions (5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat, stir in chopped cilantro and sliced green onions, then serve hot.
