- 250ml cool water
- 250g chilled unsalted butter (high-quality)

Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a stand mixer. Gradually add cool water and mix until a stiff dough forms.
- Chill the dough for one hour.
- Roll out the dough and prepare a butter block; encase the butter in the dough through a series of folds and chilling periods.
- Shape the dough into croissants and proof at room temperature until doubled in size.
- Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
