Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.
- Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; spread onto each slice.
- Roll up the slices tightly and set aside.
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture and cook until golden brown on all sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Roll warm roll-ups in a cinnamon sugar mixture for added sweetness.
