Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and season with sea salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine the sliced celery, diced bell pepper, green onions, diced tomato, and both types of olives. Toss gently.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and mix until well coated. You can serve immediately or refrigerate for enhanced flavor.
