Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 small apples
- 4-5 dates
- ½ cup almonds (toasted & sliced)
- 1 Tbsp tahini paste
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp hot water
- 1⅓ Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Prepare the celery by washing and trimming the stalks, then slice them into half-moons.
- Core and thinly slice the apples to ensure uniformity.
- Pit and chop the dates into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together tahini paste, lemon juice, honey, and hot water until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine celery, apples, dates, and almonds. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently until well-coated.
