  3. Gradually add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in self-raising flour and milk until smooth, followed by the orange zest.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared tin, spread evenly, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
