- 1 lb strawberries (hulled and halved)
- 5 oz blueberries
- 5 oz blackberries
- 5 oz raspberries
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (lightly packed)
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the halved strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Gently toss to mix.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the mixed berries and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Add chopped fresh mint leaves on top. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
