  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • teaspoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a muffin pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, create the streusel topping by mixing flour, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  3. For the cream cheese filling, blend softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients (egg, yogurt, oil, vanilla) in another.
  5. Gently fold wet into dry ingredients, then incorporate half of the berries.
  6. Fill muffin liners with batter; add cream cheese filling and top with remaining berries.
  7. Sprinkle streusel topping on each muffin before baking for about 30-35 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
