Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat with flour mixture; let sit on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes per side).
- Serve hot with Bang Bang sauce drizzled over or as a dipping option.
