Instructions
- Cut the apple into ¼-inch thick slices and core them.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond butter, and maple syrup; mix until creamy.
- Spoon the coconut mixture onto each apple slice and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth; drizzle over apple slices.
- Freeze for about 5-10 minutes until firm.
