  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp strawberry extract
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, cream cheese, and vegetable oil until smooth using an electric mixer.
  3. In another bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top, then add the remaining batter followed by the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, strawberry extract, and red food coloring until smooth.
  7. Drizzle glaze over the cooled cake before slicing.
