Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place rolled enchiladas seam-side down in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, and olive oil for the creamy sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
